Environmental Assessment

The present BC environmental assessment process is fundamentally flawed. It is designed to assess a mine  which is proposed in an area far from any major population. Unfortunately many people are counting on the results of this flawed process to provide them with "the facts", including our MLAs, the Minister of Energy and Mines, and Kamloops City Council.

KAPA has thoroughly researched every aspect of this environmental assessment and the major deficiencies were presented in a report to the BC Environmental Assessment Office and the Canadian Environmental Assessment Office on August 20, 2014. Click here to view the letter and report.
